Refund & Issue Resolution Policy

At Beemfarms, your trust means everything. We go above and beyond to deliver premium, flavourful, and hygienically-smoked proteins that taste amazing and arrive in great condition. 

But if something goes wrong, we want to fix it — quickly and fairly. Here’s how we handle issues:

1. Missing Items

If something is missing from your order:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Send a clear photo of what you received.
  • If redelivery isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund for the missing item.

2. Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or pack:

  • Reach out within 1 hour of delivery with a photo.
  • We’ll attempt to retrieve the incorrect item and send the right one.
  • If redelivery isn’t possible, you’ll be refunded for the incorrect item.

3. Taste or Quality Concerns

Our meats are smoked using standard, trusted recipes — unless you gave specific instructions.

  • If no custom request was made, refunds will not be issued for personal taste or seasoning preferences.
  • If you believe something is off in quality, please reach out with a photo or video within 6 hours.

4. Customisation Issues

If your special request was ignored or misapplied:

  • Contact us within 3 hours of receiving the item.
  • Share a photo or voice note explaining what was missed.
  • We’ll review and either redeliver the corrected item or issue a partial refund.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before we start smoking or packing your proteins.

  • Once the prep begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • No refunds will be issued for last-minute changes after preparation starts.

6. Order Modifications

If you need to tweak something (e.g., spice level, protein mix, packaging):

  • You must notify us within 10 minutes of placing your order.
  • After that, we lock in your request and can’t accept changes or refund differences.

7. Damaged or Spoilt Product

If your pack arrives damaged or spoilt:

  • Send a video immediately via WhatsApp or Instagram.
  • Depending on the severity, we’ll issue a partial refund, full refund or redeliver the affected product.

8. Delivery Address Problems

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.

  • Orders sent to incomplete or incorrect addresses may attract extra delivery charges.
  • Beemfarms will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors.
